Krissy Wolfe is the Co-Founder and Chief Vision Officer (CVO) of CFOAF, where she leads branding, marketing, client communication strategy, and big-picture business development. She brings a human-centered lens to a data-driven profession, helping bridge the gap between analytical insight and meaningful client connection.
Krissy’s background includes extensive experience in business management, strategic problem-solving, team development, and high-level operations. With a Master’s degree in counseling, she brings a unique depth of understanding to leadership, communication, and vision casting—both within the firm and for the clients they serve.
Known for her ability to cut through chaos, align strategy with purpose, and bring clarity to complex challenges, Krissy plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction and impact of CFOAF.
Together, she and her husband Byron share complementary strengths that power the firm’s distinctive approach to fractional CFO and tax strategy services.

Byron has leveraged his expertise to become a partner in 18 companies across multiple industries as of 2023.
Byron is also the CFO and Treasurer of the non-profit organization, Operation Light Shine. He joined OLS to maximize the impact of every dollar so that the team can focus on the real work of the charity.
Byron splits his time between Nashville, TN and Phoenix, AZ, and is an avid motorcyclist. He has been married to his best friend for thirteen years and they have three sons.
