Byron Wolfe, CPA

A licensed CPA since 2010 and a Certified CFO, Byron co-founded CFOAF to give small and midcap businesses the elite financial leadership usually reserved for enterprise, without the full-time cost.

His career spans both sides of the ledger. He founded and ran his own companies, including B.A. Wolfe Powersports and MotoFlex Leasing, and served as full-time CFO of Black Tie Moving, one of the Inc. 500's fastest-growing private companies. Today he acts as the outsourced CFO behind a portfolio of owner-led businesses across construction, real estate, finance, technology, and digital-asset compliance.

A Certified CFO through The CFO Project, certified in crypto and digital-asset taxation, a Rule 31 Supreme Court-listed mediator, and an IMA member, Byron studied at Austin Peay State University. He translates complex numbers into plain decisions that protect profit and cash flow.

Krissy brings a human-centered lens to a data-driven profession, shaping the brand, client experience, and culture that make CFOAF feel like a true partner.

Her background bridges psychology and operations: a B.S. in Psychology from Austin Peay State University and a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Luther Rice University, applied across years of business management, team development, and high-level operations leadership.

At CFOAF she leads branding, marketing, and client-communication strategy, building the systems and relationships behind the firm's immediate, responsive communication, the quality clients name again and again in their reviews.
